Kari Erasvuo, a software designer based in Nokia, joined Wirokit's band camp in 2021 and has now been working with the company for almost three years. With over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology, Kari has been involved in diverse projects, including specification, design, implementation, testing, and project management. Kari holds degrees in both information technology and civil engineering.

According to Kari, he approaches new challenges at Wirokit with courage and full commitment. When faced with professional challenges, Kari sees them as opportunities to develop and resolves them by enhancing his skills as needed. He also mentions that he is ready to seek help whenever necessary and gets along well with people of different backgrounds.

In Kari's view, work at Wirokit involves continuous learning. He studies, asks questions, experiments, and applies newly learned things in the professional environment. Kari is not afraid to act in difficult or unexpected situations. Instead of being passive, he strives to do his best to solve problems, viewing situations more as new challenges than issues.

According to Kari, Wirokit's Live! attitude is evident in the team's willingness to embrace new projects, even when the skill set may not fully meet all requirements. Everyone has a strong will and belief in their ability to learn new things as needed. Kari also mentions that employees dare to bring up ideas for improvement noticed in client work.
